Ryne Shadday – Producer
Ryne Shadday is currently the Assistant Director of Admissions at Ivy Tech Community College – Bloomington. A graduate of Indiana University, he has been a lifelong Hoosier and IU fan. Moving to Bloomington in 2004 to begin school, Ryne became very interested in being involved in the LGBT Community soon after. As the Program Coordinator at the GLBT Student Support Services Office and very first intern of IU’s GLBT Alumni Association, Ryne hosted the 2008 Commission on Multicultural Understanding’s award winning program, Friday Night Bagels, along with serving as the Co-Chair of the Entertainment Committee when IU hosted the 2009 MBLGTACC. Ryne was also a student board member of the GLBTAA from 2007-2009, served as a Chapter Founding Father and the Vice President of IU’s Queer/Allied Fraternity, Sigma Phi Beta, and is currently the National Chapter’s Director of Expansion. Ryne has also been an active member in Quarryland Men’s Chorus as both a singer and committee member.

Olivia Davidson – News Director
Olivia is a Bloomington native and has been involved with bloomingOUT since May 2014. She has been actively involved with the LGBTQ+ community since high school, where she helped start a Gay-Straight Alliance at Edgewood High School. Olivia graduated from Indiana University in May 2015 with a degree in telecommunications. She also works with social media management and online video production. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching YouTube and Netflix, all kinds of lake activities, traveling, and hanging out with her two incredibly adorable rescue dogs, Chica and Charlie.
Noelle Philipps – News Director, Web Content Producer
Noelle has lived in Bloomington for over 10 years, and she currently works full-time in digital marketing. She graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a degree in journalism and gender studies. In her free time, Noelle enjoys outdoor hikes and sharing microbrews with her husband, Zack. She also believes that intersectional feminism can save the world.
